The campaign is led by a coalition of voluntary sector organisations working with BME offenders and their families. The Campaign launched in Autumn 2008 and published Less Equal Than Others to highlight the continuing disadvantage of BME offenders in the Criminalm Justice System in England and Wales.

Update Autumn 2009: The campaign has now been incorporated into Clinks' Tackling Race Inequality initiative, funded by the Department for Communities & Local Government. Within this site you will find information about Clinks' current and ongoing work in this area.
